Cauliflower salad

according to the cookbook - Salads from Svatoján - Eva Francová


1/3 cauliflower

2 spring onions

8 dried tomatoes

5 cherry tomatoes

1 clove garlic

salt - to taste (sea, Himalayan)

2 tablespoons olive oil - Extra virgin

handful of basil

Divide the cauliflower into small portions and steam for 5 minutes. Put in a bowl and let cool. Add 2 finely chopped spring onions, 8 chopped dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic - mashed, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and hand-picked fresh basil.
