Schrimps and Pak choi


Shrimps are best fresh or frozen ...


1 pack of shrimp - I buy the smaller ones, they are better fried

1 Bok choy

ginger - 2x1cm

Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon

garlic - 2 cloves

Olive oil for frying - be aware extra virgin is not suitable for frying.


Let the prawns thaw.

Warm up the pan deep. Pour a little olive oil for frying.

Put in the garlic slices and fry a little, not for a long time, otherwise it will turn bitter.

Fry the shrimp on the garlic, just a few minutes (about 5 minutes), from both sides until they get a salmon color.

Warm up a pan number 2. Not too abruptly, vegetables just stir-fry at lower temperatures. I add coconut oil and add sliced ginger ...

Fry a little and finally add Bok choy broken into individual leaves.

Fry briefly, then cover with a lid for a few minutes (about 2 minutes) and remove from the hob (flame).
